My Favourite Little Snack: Apple and Peanut Butter

This is my number 1 favourite snack of the moment. It is so quick and easy to prepare and super yummy to munch on!

Obviously, apples are a tasty and healthy source fibre and vitamins. Granny Smiths are my favourite as they are always so crunchy and fresh tasting. Peanut butter is great in moderation as it's a good source of protein and healthy fats.

I love this snack to give me a little energy boost before a workout or to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings. I often cut up some apple, sprinkle over a little lemon juice and pop it in a tub with a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter to take with me to university for a little boost when I need it.
