I think the first thing that needs to be addressed here is the fact that I look like an absolute chocoholic, but these bars of chocolate were what kept me going over Christmas and through my assignment writing. Okay, some days I did come close to finishing a whole bar, but usually I'll just have a square or two to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Tesco sell these incredible bars for just £1.50 a pop! I always opt for dark chocolate and this little collection included 74% Ecuadorian, Swiss with Orange and Almonds, 71% Madagascan, 70% Peruvian and 85% Dominican. There are lots of other flavours within the range and I highly recommend treating yourself!
This chocolate is such a treat. It smells and tastes absolutely divine! Plus, it's organic.
This is the first protein powder that I tried, and it's still probably my favourite, at least for this chocolate smooth flavour. Like all MyProtein products you get brilliant value for money and I have recommended this particular product to countless people who have also given it a big thumbs up! You can read my full review here.
I started taking evening primrose oil when my skin was at its worst. Unfortunately this didn't seem to help at all so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone to use for those reasons.
I bought these after learning about the amazing benefits that probiotics can have from Celest (read this post if you want to be seriously inspired). I have been taking these for a few months now and I think they're brilliant. I've gone through a couple of pots and I seriously stocked up at Be:Fit London.
While green tea is proven to have amazing health benefits, which I detailed in my full review here, I didn't notice any difference while taking them. However, because of their proven health benefits, I wouldn't rule out taking these tablets in the future if I needed to boost my antioxidant levels or get a little help burning fat!
