Many of us experience symptoms that donโt have a clear cause or solution. We might seek answers, but often, weโre left feeling frustrated, unheard, or stuck on โwaitingโ; for appointments, for results, for symptoms to get worse.
The truth is, your body isnโt just being difficult. These symptoms are signals, telling you that something is out of balance. By listening to what your body is communicating and making changes, you can restore your health and have greater capacity to enjoy life.

Health and wellbeing coaching takes a holistic approach
As a health coach, I help you:
Understand whatโs going on in your body, by looking at all pieces of your life together (not in isolated parts).
Identify whatโs keeping you stuck and what needs to shift.
Come up with a plan to achieve the outcome that you want.
Make changes that are personalised to you and your life.
Create plans and select resources and tools that meet your needs.
Set priorities and break changes into small steps that feel doable to you.
Feel supported, guided, and confident in your ability to improve your wellbeing.
Stay accountable to yourself and what you want to achieve.
For example, if you're dealing with skin and digestive issues, we wonโt just cut out โtriggerโ foods, weโll focus on healing your gut and looking at the bigger picture, including stress, thoughts and emotions. If changing your eating habits becomes part of that picture, weโll find what works for you, whether thatโs simple guidelines or a full meal plan with recipes. It's different for everyone!
Whatโs the health coaching process?
Health coaching is a highly-personalised, collaborative partnership.
How we approach things - at what pace, and in what order - will be different for each person.
We will always:
Look deeply at your journey so far, your lifestyle and ways of being, to find connections, gaps and starting points.
Decide what changes to start making first, come up with a plan to do this and break that plan down into small steps that feel doable. Youโll then start making these changes or taking these actions between our sessions together.
Constantly reflect on what works and what doesnโt and why, and make adjustments to keep progressing.
Itโs a journey fuelled by curiosity, compassion, and genuine excitement once you start to โget itโ!
Meet Natalie
With a combination of complex lived experience plus extensive research, education and training, I guide you to explore what is going on in your body, and make adjustments to start feeling better.
Since birth, I have had to manage a life-long chronic health condition that has been, at times, life threatening. But alongside medical treatments that kept me alive, Iโve used non-medical approaches to feel like Iโm thriving.
Alongside my genetic condition, Iโve dealt with other health challenges, too. Iโve healed from IBS, recovered from burnout, and changed my career to save my health. Iโm rewiring my nervous system and overcoming stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and hypervigilance. Iโve learned the impact that emotional states have on my physical health (and saw my diabetes disappear!) And so much more.
Iโve spent my ENTIRE LIFE being curious about what my body is capable of and how I can put it into a state of healing, which has all led me here, ready to guide you to do the same.

An opportunity to explore deeper root causes, with more time for testing and reflecting. This option is great if you are dealing with symptoms or goals that may take time to resolve, and to allow us to look beyond the physical to shift mindset, emotions and beliefs.

After our initial chat, I can advise on which package makes more sense for your goals and why.
We can personalise packages to your needs, including choosing a session cadence (frequency) that works for your lifestyle and the type of change that you are intending to make. Typically sessions are every 1-2 weeks.
You can also renew with me or shift to a maintenance plan after your initial package, to continue working toward the life you desire.
I offer single health coaching sessions under some circumstances.
Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. It may be possible for us to work together in person if you are local to the Guildford area.

Be an authority - YOU are the expert on your body
